    • Is there a user limit?

    No, there is no user limit. We charge one rate. You can have 5 users or 1000 users. It will not affect the use of the Software or how much you pay.

    • Does it backflush?

    Yes it will backflush when a Job Card is completed.

    • Is the data backed up?

    Yes, every night the Software is backed up to a different server.

    • Is it able to send details to our Accounting Software?

    Yes, everything is sent over to Quickbooks, Sage Xero etc via API. This includes the suppliers and customers, with the company name, contact name and email address with the amount on the order.
